We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Microsoft Sales Manager in the UAE. As a pivotal member of our sales department, he will be responsible for driving the sales of Microsoft products and services within the region. His primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Microsoft products and services.
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [5] years of experience in selling Microsoft products and services.
Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics and customer behavior in the technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
