We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, particularly within trading, manufacturing, Electrical, and lighting solutions. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and maximize performance.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional communication.
- Identify and address operational challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within trading, manufacturing, Electrical, and lighting solutions.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Preferred nationality: Indian.
