Job Description:
As a Payroll Specialist Administration in our Dammam office, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering payroll processes efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Compliance: Stay updated with local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with payroll-related matters.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, leaves, and overtime.
- Data Analysis: Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Communication: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR and Finance departments, to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain payroll documentation, reports, and relevant records for auditing purposes.
- System Management: Utilize payroll software effectively to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and other entitlements.
- Problem Solving: Address payroll-related problems and discrepancies efficiently, providing solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in implementing best practices for payroll administration.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Sound knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
