We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at the HIA Desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong background in car rental services in Qatar.
Key Requirements:
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) is mandatory. A driving license is optional but preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the car rental industry in Qatar.
- Open to candidates of all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at the HIA Desk.
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, reservations, and vehicle selection.
- Handle rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Upsell additional services and products to customers.
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental desk area.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
